The Real Estate Valuation Office, based in Warsaw, has been providing professional property valuation and advisory services for over a dozen years. Our expertise encompasses the Warsaw real estate market, and its surrounding areas, and extends to major cities across Poland. For larger projects, we operate nationwide.

Our principal expert, Anna Dominika Czarnecka, is a licensed property valuer (License No. 4673) with extensive experience in the Polish real estate sector since 2008. She honed her expertise at the renowned firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and has collaborated with the City of Warsaw and the District Court in Warsaw as a court-appointed expert. Her portfolio includes assignments for individual clients, businesses, financial institutions, public entities, and law firms.

She holds professional qualifications in property valuation and has completed numerous specialized training programs and courses for property appraisers. She is an active member of the Polish Association of Property Valuers – Warsaw Branch, reflecting her commitment to the industry’s growth and continuous professional development.
